Hey — I’m Riishi.

I used to live in the world of derivatives and thermodynamics, but these days you’ll find me sketching flows and prototyping ideas that feel real. I made the switch from engineering to design because I wanted to move past formulas and into storytelling — where every screen is a chance to shape how someone experiences the world.

Right now, I’m focused on giving back to the design community as VP of Design at UW Blueprint — mentoring 15+ student designers, running weekly critiques, and building products with nonprofits that create real impact. Beyond projects, I’m passionate about fostering growth, hosting workshops, and creating spaces where emerging designers can learn, experiment, and thrive together.

Outside design, I stay moving — soccer, basketball, volleyball, gym. On weekends, you’ll probably catch me hiking, working on side projects, or getting lost in food spots around Toronto. I love meeting new people, swapping stories, and exploring new perspectives.

That’s me. Say hi, or don’t. (But like… do.) 👟✌️
